Rectangular W-algebras, extended higher spin gravity and dual coset CFTs
Abstract:
Higher spin gravity with M x M matrix valued fields is expected to be useful
to understand the relation between higher spin gravity and string theory. The asymptotic
symmetry of the higher spin gravity is given by the rectangular W-algebra with su(M)
symmetry. In this talk, we examine the properties of the algebra including full quantum
corrections. Based on our previous proposal of holography, we claim that the algebra is
realized as the symmetry of Grassmannian-like coset even with finite central charge. We
give several supports for our claim.
