Observables and boundary conditions in Vasiliev's higher spin gravity

Abstract:
Vasiliev's equations describe interactions of higher-spin gauge fields around AdS_4 via auxiliary noncommutative coordinates. In this talk we discuss two aspects of these equations. On the one hand, we use properties of the equations in the extended space to construct observables. Some of them are shown to match the cyclic building blocs for correlators of conserved current in the free U(N). On the other hand, we propose to reduce the equations to the conventional spacetime to impose asymptotically locally AdS boundary conditions. We use the proposed procedure to construct linearised gauge parameters that relate known exact solutions to free unfolded Fronsdal fields.
