Financial support

Pending the definite commitments of funding agencies we will be able to provide financial assistance covering accommodation and travel expenses for Ukrainian scientists. Those who wish to apply are requested to send a CV along with, but separate from, the Registration/Abstract Form before June 15th, 2002.

Registration and Abstracts Fees

The registration fee, which includes accommodation and the purchase of the proceedings (see: Proceedings), is Euro 600 for participants (with proceedings) or Euro 400 (without proceedings) for graduate students.

The registration fee will be collected on site when you pick up your conference material after arrival. It can be paid only in cash in American dollars or Euro. Apart from accommodation and Proceedings, the fee includes the Welcome Party and all coffee breaks. All other parts of the social programme have to be paid for separately.

Registration procedure and submission of abstracts

Along with this Circular we send you a separate LaTeX file (or printout, if you do not use e-mail) with subject: SYMPOSIUM Registr. Abstracts. In this file you have to insert your registration data and abstract in LaTeX (the file contains more instructions).

Deadlines for returning Registration and Abstract Form:

15th June - for registrations together with applications for financial support
30th July - otherwise

After returning the completed file (or printout, if you do not use e-mail) you will receive a confirmation of registration from us. The submitted and accepted abstracts will be published in the conference programme/abstract booklet which will be distributed to participants on arrival along with the conference material.

Proceedings

The deadline for submissions to the conference proceedings is 30th October, 2002, however, to ensure swift publication we encourage participants to submit their manuscripts during (or even before) the conference.
