includes accomodation and the purchase of the
proceeding (see: Proceedings), is USD 300 for
participants (with proceedings) of USD 150 (no
proccedings) for graduate students.
The registrations fee will be
collected on site when you pick up your
conference material after arrival. It can be paid
only in cach in USD.
Apart from the purchase of
accomodation and a proceedings the fee includes
the Welcome Party, a reception with the Wess
& Kummer Celebration Lectures, and all
coffee breaks. All other parts of the social
program have to be paid for separately.
Registration procedure
and submission of abstracts
Along with this Circular we can
send to you a separate file (or to fax it, if you
do not use e-mail) with subject TIMPANI
Registr./Abstracts. Please, ask TIMPANI
Registr./Abstracts file by e-mail (mss@bitp.kiev.ua)
or TIMPANI Registr./Abstracts form by fax (+380-44-2665998).
In this file/form you have to insert your
registration data and abstracts (the file/form
contains more instructions).

with applications for financial support.
30 May otherwise.
After returning the completed
file (or printout, if yor do not use e-mail) to
us you will receive a confirmation of
registration from us. The submitted and accepted
abstracts will be published in the conference
program/abstract booklet which will be
distributed to the participants on site along
with the conference material.
Proceedings
The proceedings of the workshop
will be published in Ukrainian Journal of Physics.
The deadline for submissions to the conference
proceedings is 30 October 2000, however, to
assure swift publication we encourage the
participants to submit their manuscripts already
during (or even before) the conference.
